Herb-Rubbed Sirloin: sliced and served with mushroom demi-glaze
Chicken and Beef Fajitas: served with sauteed onions and peppers on the side; accompanied by soft tortillas, guacamole, sour cream, lettuce, tomato and Monterey jack cheese
