Full Service Catering:

As a full service caterer we coordinate all aspects of an event including service, bar arrangements, china, linen, flowers, funiture, and equipment rentals and return.

If you're looking for an event site, we are preferred caterer in more than 20 museums, historic estates and event sites in the Greater Boston Area. We are the exclusive caterer for the Charles Riverboat Charters, operating three boats ranging in capacity from 40 to 125 guests for cocktail receptions. The charters are available from April through December and are a gret choice for summer outings, holidy parties and everything in between.

Planning and budgeting:

After our initial discussions we will create a proposal. It will break out all line items that comprise the cost of the event so that throughout the planning process you are able to monitor th details and sum of the budget; there are no surprises. For estimating purposes, the food portion of your event generally comprises 50%-60% of the total cost of your reception. We have included three sample menus for cocktail receptions and dinner to give you an idea of overall costs.

Menu

While our menu offers an eclectic array of choices it is by no means complete or set in stone. We are constantly changing and adding new items inspired by the seasons, our most recent events, and current trends. We work with ech client individually to customise menues that meet and exceed their needs and expectations.

Beverage Service:

We can coordinate all details related to your bar including ordering the liquor, arraging for delivery, and returning al un-opened bottles for credit. We provide the mixers, or "bar set-ups" including all ice, soda, juices, bar fruit, napkins stirrers etc. The charge for the bar set-ups is $3.50 per guest and includes liquor liability insurance. The charge for bartenders is included in the staffing budget and the charge for glassware is in the rental budget.

Staff:

We determine the number of staff required for your event according to the number of guests, service style and site logistics. Staff hours are budgeted according to the legenth of your reception plus set-up and breakdown time. For events held outside the Greater Boston area, staff travel time will be charged.

Equipment

We coordinate all equipment arrangements inlcuding tables, chairs, tenting, dance floors, plants, etc. Your budget will include all costs related to the equipment, including delivery, set-up and return costs.

Contract and Terms:

We require a deposit to reserve your event date. If your event is more than 3 months away we will confirm the date with a $1,000.00 deposit. If your event is within 3 months we require a deposit of 50% of the estimated total event cost. Final payment is due three business days prior to the event.

Guest Count:

to ensure adequate equipment orders, we require a guaranteed quest count four busniess days prior to your event.

Taxes

All costs except delivery are subject to 5% Massachusetts sales tax.

Delivered Catering to Home or office:

We deliver breakfast, lunch, dinner, and party fare for groups of eight or more people in the Greater Boston area. Please call and speak with a Sales Manager for additional information. We look forward to the oppertunity of working with you.
