My fiance and I didn't know anything about wedding invitations, but we knew we wanted to use a local place where we could work with someone in person. We instantly loved Katie at Calico Design! She was personable, energetic, and very good at incorporating our preferences and personality into our wedding invitations. She has tons of books to look through, so many options! The best part? When I found out (while stuffing my wedding invitations!) that I had missed a typo on the reply card, Katie was on the phone with the printer, had them redo them for free (even though months had passed since we bought them), and expedited the shipping! Katie at Calico Design was a complete pleasure to work with! At another store, my fiance and I felt pushed around and overwhelmed. I highly recommend anyone to use Calico Design, you will be in very capable hands and 100% satisfied. Katie has tons of books to flip through, if you can’t find what you want with her, it probably doesn’t exist. She took the time to understand our style and narrowed down our choices. She went over every detail, and worked closely with the printers to ensure that there were no mistakes. Her creative vision is amazing! Our invitations came from 2 sources, but you’d never know it, Katie was so thorough in checking that fonts and colors were an exact match. Went back for the placecards, table numbers, and church programs. She couldn’t have been more helpful knowing we only had 10 days till the wedding. She was on the phone with printers and carriers ensuring packages would arrive ASAP and always kept me in the loop. 2 days before wedding, I noticed the printer had sent 25 less programs than expected.
