Situated just two miles from the center of North Conway (Kearsarge neighborhood), this home is convenient for all north country activities: skiing (Mount Cranmore - 5 min, Attitash / Bear Peak - 10 min & Wildcat - 15 min), StoryLand, hiking, climbing, swimming, canoeing and outlet shopping. The North Conway area features attractions for the whole family including winter sports, golf, mini-golf, alpine and water slides, mountain biking, and scenic train rides as well as fine dining, theater, and night life.

Winter discounted lift tickets to Attitash (skiing), Mount Cranmore (skiing, tubing & fitness center) & Wildcat (skiing)

DESCRIPTION:
This spacious four bedroom mountain view vacation house is available year-round. Fully equipped, this house includes two full baths (one with single person jet tub), dishwasher & disposal, washer & dryer, fireplace with firewood, two living rooms (each with TV, VCR & DVD players, one with Playstation II), recreation room with ping pong table, three-person sauna & deck with gas grill. BEDS: 1 king, 2 queens & 1 double. This house is strictly no smoking and no pets. Our house is child friendly and includes a baby gate, crib, booster seat and high chair. For rent by owner. A security deposit of $250 is required. FREE broadband internet with wireless access.

The main living room has a 32" TV, cable, VCR, DVD, bose wave CD player / radio, fireplace, books and games. The dining room table seats eight and has both a highchair and a booster seat.

This full bathroom has a single person jet tub.

The large king bedroom w/CD player offers a woodland view.

Queen bedroom #1 has a walk-in closet, books, cordless phone, CD player, desk, internet access and a seasonal mountain view.

The recreation room has a ping-pong table and trundle bed.
