This spacious four bedroom mountain view vacation house is available year-round. Fully equipped, this house includes two full baths (one with single person jet tub), dishwasher & disposal, washer & dryer, fireplace with firewood, two living rooms (each with cable TV, VCR & DVD players, one with Playstation II), recreation room with ping pong table, three-person sauna & deck with gas grill. BEDS: 1 king, 2 queens & 1 double. This house is strictly no smoking and no pets. Our house is child friendly and includes a baby gate, crib, pack-n-play, booster seat and high chair. For rent by owner. A security deposit of $250 is required. FREE broadband internet with wireless access. Use of Crown Ridge Resort's fitness center, pool, hot tub, tennis court & game room are included with your rental.
