Fully equipped, this house includes two full baths (one with single person jet tub), dishwasher & disposal, washer & dryer, fireplace with firewood, two living rooms (each with cable TV, VCR & DVD players, one with Playstation II), recreation room with ping pong table, three-person sauna & deck with gas grill. BEDS: 1 king, 2 queens & 1 double. This house is strictly no smoking and no pets. Child friendly, itincludes a baby gate, crib, pack-n-play, booster seat and high chair. For rent by owner. A security deposit of $250 (refundable) and 9% NH lodging tax are required. FREE broadband internet with wireless access. Day passes for the Cranmore Family Fitness Center (pool, hot tub, steam room, sauna, gym, fitness classes and more) are available at half price!
